Slagle Development was formed as a client representation and project management real estate firm with a focus on managing the development of design-oriented real estate projects. Clients include for-profit developers and end-users in a variety of project types including residential, multi-family, commercial, and hospitality. Slagle Development has a proven track record of successfully managing complex multifaceted architectural developments which implement the most current construction techniques, materials, and management protocol. Clients benefit from a single point of contact throughout the entire development process that solely represents their interests in design, cost, and schedule.
Brett Slagle, Founder & President
Brett founded Slagle Development in 2015 after seeing a need for better client representation and project management. He was raised wearing a tool belt learning the fundamentals of construction and now prides himself in having an expert level of construction knowledge. Brett understands construction and design details must mesh to create a successful project and takes pride in overseeing the finite details. Brett has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and worked in a variety of real estate capacities including development, finance, construction, and brokerage before founding Slagle Development. His broad knowledge base of real estate and construction has allowed him to be well positioned and knowledgeable throughout the entire development process.
